What we do

Spend It Well directly funds short-term foreign aid projects to make an immediate practical difference to the lives of a local community.

Donors are encouraged to remain involved and are given regular updates and photos of progress until the project is completed. Some Spend It Well donors have become so personally involved that they have visited the project during the construction, or attended the opening ceremony.

Each Spend It Well project is focused on delivering a specific tangible result, such as rebuilding a local school. All administration costs are separately funded, so 100% of donated funds go directly to the nominated project. You can make a personal difference.
